8 gua post March 12th, 2009slept late last night
result: 2 “friendly” pimples are “kind” enough to come out and greet me this morning…..= =
have already being used to sleep early now, when i sleep late once in awhile, it’ll straight away take effect haiz ~
health and beauty tips:
(1) sleep early, get enough rest. 早睡早起身体好~
(2) healthy meals. eg: eat on time, dont skip meals, less junk food or fast food. 吃得健康
(3) taking high quality supplement. to get adequate nutrition for our bodies that we cant get enough from food intake. 高品质的营养品
(4) right amount of movement on your muscles daily. 每天适当和适量的运动
(5) happy mood everyday. eg: S M I L E ~ remember, we dont laugh just bacause we’re in a good mood, we’re in a good mood because we laughed
每天保持愉快的心情
sounds common and easy? the common ways are often the effective ones. but how many of us can really achieve all of the above mentioned? lol. we are giving ourselves too many reasons not to be healthy and pretty….It is time that we reflected upon our mistakes. there is never too late to change =)
