me and him, 2 in a team, joined a treasure hunt event
we won! hahahaha

this proves that, me and him perfect match

slept late last night
result: 2 “friendly” pimples are “kind” enough to come out and greet me this morning…..= =
have already being used to sleep early now, when i sleep late once in awhile, it’ll straight away take effect haiz ~

health and beauty tips:
(1) sleep early, get enough rest. 早睡早起身体好~
(2) healthy meals. eg: eat on time, dont skip meals, less junk food or fast food. 吃得健康
(3) taking high quality supplement. to get adequate nutrition for our bodies that we cant get enough from food intake. 高品质的营养品
(4) right amount of movement on your muscles daily. 每天适当和适量的运动
(5) happy mood everyday. eg: S M I L E ~ remember, we dont laugh just bacause we’re in a good mood, we’re in a good mood because we laughed 每天保持愉快的心情

sounds common and easy? the common ways are often the effective ones. but how many of us can really achieve all of the above mentioned? lol. we are giving ourselves too many reasons not to be healthy and pretty….It is time that we reflected upon our mistakes. there is never too late to change =)

我不开心。

my sister and i will be moving into my grandparent’s house very soon. it’s located at kepong baru, 3mins drive away from “gei tak sik” dessert stall~ which means easier to dar bao “hong dao bing” for supper hoho~~

we’ll be conquering the whole 2nd floor where there’s a small living area and 2 bed rooms. i’m getting my own room yippyyyy~ ^ ^

our new home is currently under painting construction~

i’m currently being trapped in my beloved office…. T_T

i left my office keys in my car, my car is being parked downstairs where the gate outside my office door and the building gate downstairs had already been locked when my colleagues left…..

what’s more funny is that…..this is not the 1st time i’m trapped in the building…… = =

few months ago, same case - keys left in car, downstairs building gate locked, office door locked as well when i’m leaving the office, trapped at the staircase……. = =

aiyoooooooooooooooooo………

somebody……help me……………………………………. T_T

my car radio died this morning
and… i’m having problem with my car wiper and both my passenger seats door
and… it’s time to service my car as well
= =
everything also need money to repair haih ~~

ANDDDD i also slightly bumped into a van this morning while i parked my car…shhhhh the van owner didnt know…. =P

went training last night and also this morning. so rajin~
shoulders and arm muscles are aching now… T_T

i’ve just watched Made of Honor

very nice movie! one of the BEST love story i have watched so far~ very touching T_T
this movie definitely goes right into my personal best movie list^^

yesterday, 3 of us combo gang girls *mandy, kuan mui, and i* went Midvalley for shopping~ went to find wai wai for lunch, she’s working in Midvalley The Garden, we had our lunch at Chopstick Noodles, the food werent that nice.. but was satisfied cuz saw a handsome customer in the restaurant xD

after that, 3 of us got ourselves some very nice outfit woohoo ~~
and because we help to choose a nice dress for kuan mui that she won the competition, and she definitely promised to treat TGI Fridays next week woohoo~ kuan mui man sui~~~

i’ve been on shopping fever for the past few weeks. sooooo muchhhhh tooo buyyy but sooo littleee moneyyyy =P but i’m happy and i’m satisfied with the things i’ve bought!^^ guess this is just girls’ nature to shop till they drop! xD
